Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AiroSignal, operated by TAPECC B.V.(“AiroSignal”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The service

AiroSignal provides a personalised briefing of aviation-sector opportunities — including tenders, prior notices, market consultations, supplier registrations and early-stage signals — selected and ranked using a profile that you supply and an AI matching engine.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any opportunity. You remain solely responsible for verifying source documents and for any decision you take based on the briefing.

2. Accounts and access

You can sign in with a verified email address or with a third-party identity provider (e.g. LinkedIn). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and email inbox secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You agree to provide accurate profile information. Falsified information may result in poor matching and, in serious cases, suspension of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
  • Scrape, redistribute or resell briefing content in bulk without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the matching engine, probe authentication mechanisms, or otherwise interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that contains malware.
  • Use the service for unlawful competitive intelligence gathering.

4. AI-generated content

Parts of the briefing — match scores, “why this matches” reasons, summaries and your structured profile — are produced or assisted by large language models. These outputs can be incorrect, incomplete or out of date. Treat them as a starting point, not as legal, financial or commercial advice.

5. Third-party content and links

Opportunities surface from public sources such as TED (EU Tenders Electronic Daily), SAM.gov, Google News (via Serper) and other procurement portals. Source documents remain subject to the licence and terms of their respective publishers. We do not warrant that an external link will remain available.

6. Intellectual property

AiroSignal, including its design, code, branding and the structure of the matching engine, is owned by TAPECC B.V. and protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own professional purposes for the duration of your account.

The profile and any feedback you submit remain yours. By submitting them you grant AiroSignal a worldwide licence to process them for the purpose of operating, improving and securing the service.

7. Fees

AiroSignal is currently offered free of charge during its MVP phase. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the prices and give you a reasonable notice period before any charges apply to your account.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or stop offering the service entirely on reasonable notice. On termination your personal data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAPECC B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (e.g. liability for fraud, gross negligence or death and personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will let you know — for example by email or by a notice in the app — at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
